Our 1st "Festivus" Book Hunt (Jerome A. Holst ©
2005)
Welcome to the first annual "Festivus" Book
Hunt. Well, at least it's a first at TV
ACRES.com.
Due to the generosity of Allen Salkin, the
author of Festivus: The Holiday for the Rest of
Us (Warner Books, 2005) five lucky people will
have a chance to will a FREE copy of this
humorous holiday text which proclaims "'Tis the
season to air your grievances."
CONTEST OVER. WE HAVE OUR WINNERS
Festivus Winners
No. 1 - Roger Finch, Windsor, WI
No. 2 - Julie Landry New Bedford, MA
NO. 3 - Casey Skorupski Santa Cruz, CA
No. 4 - Joanne Casey Jersey City, NJ
No. 5 - Matt Edwards Manchester, CT
Wanna play: Here's how:
Somewhere within the web pages of TV ACRES, I
have placed the image of the FESTIVUS book. See
below.

To win:
- Find the image.
- Send an email to jholst@tvacres.com containing
your home mailing address, and the location of
the "page" where the image was found on TV ACRES
- Remember to include the word FESTIVUS in your
email subject box.
The first five people to find the image will
receive a free postage paid copy of the book in
the mail. Hopefully, in time for Festivus.
Since I only have five books to give away, there
will be a limit to one winner per household.
Postage will be paid by TV ACRES.
Well, that's it. Get hunting!
Find that book.
Contest ends when TV ACRES validates the receipt
of five emails that contain the proper contest
information as described in the rules above.
Winners will be posted ASAP.
Everyone is welcome to participate in the Festivus Book Hunt. But, to be fair, no
employees of TV ACRES or their relatives are
eligible to win the Festivus books offered in
this contest..
The name of each winner and the city in which
they live will be posted on TV ACRES. All other
information sent to our site will be kept in
strict confidence and will not be used in any
kind of marketing or commercial venture, such as
mailing lists
