Abu Raubu Simbu Tu - An ancient drug that
paralyzed the will featured on the episode No. 41/42 "The Spell of Tut/Tut's
Case is Shut" on the fantasy series BATMAN/ABC/1966-68.
The drug was created by
releasing scarab beetles locked inside a string of amber beads stolen from the
home of a wealthy man by King Tut (Victor Buono).
Tut planned on using the drug to spike the water supply of Gotham City.
Anyone drinking the water would fall under his spell and become his slave.
Of course, Tut's plans were thwarted by crime fighters, Batman (Adam West)
and Robin (Burt Ward).
