Flying Crown Ranch - Arizona Property owned by
Skylar "Sky" King, rancher and pilot (Kirby Grant) on the contemporary western
adventure SKY KING/ABC/1953-54.
Sky managed his large desert spread with the help of his twin engine Cessna
airplane called the "Songbird"; his teenage niece, Penny (Gloria Winters); his
nephew, Clipper (Ron Hagerthy); and the local sheriff, Mitch (Ewing Mitchell).
The insignia for
the ranch was a crown with five ball-tipped spikes that were flanked by a pair
of wings.
